This hotel is located right on a beautiful beach, perfect for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. the rooms are clean and some have modern bathrooms. the breakfast is excellent quality with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel has limited accessibility for those with reduced mobility due to the lack of elevators in parts of the building.

We were quite a bit disappointed that we were not allowed to use the sauna because we did not bring bathing shoes...

The hotel is located right by the beach and has amazing sea views from the upper floors. the breakfast offered was reasonable and there was an option to eat outside on the terrace. the spacious rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering perfect relaxation after a long day exploring the area.

The limited number of parking spaces, and the lack of parking spaces for bicycles, made it difficult to park close to the hotel. the poor and slow internet left much to be desired who required reliable connectivity.

The staff is unfriendly and seems incompetent. The breakfast buffet (officially til 11am) was already almost finished when we arrived at 10:10am. No teapots, no teafilters, not even hot water was left, needed to ask for everything and got rude answers as responds. Worse was even when I booked the room, the hotel immediately charged my credit card although paying at the hotel was in the contract. I called Booked.net who were very helpful and promised to solve the case. A day later the hotel had transfered the money back to my account but not the full amount. It took another 2 phonecalls to Booked.net and two to the hotel, a few emails and two weeks before they finally refunded the difference. No excuse from the hotel either during that time (but we had a bottle of hotel bubbly on the room when we arrived). Not how we wanted to start our holidays. There are lots of nice hotels for appr. The same price we paid for this special offer or even less (111€ per room per night) along the sea in Ahlbeck in nice looking villas, I highly recommend to choose one of them instead.

I had such a wonderful time at this hotel! The location right at the promenade was absolutely perfect, making it so easy for me to take leisurely walks along the beach. The service was top-notch, with the staff being so attentive and friendly. I also loved the option of having my laundry done, which made my stay even more convenient. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with modern and elegant interiors that truly made it feel like a luxurious 5-star establishment.

I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

Nothing not to love.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel facilities, cleanliness, and beach location were the best aspects of my stay. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the restaurant on the 6th floor gave me an excellent start to my day.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The breakfast buffet had an expansive assortment of options and the staff was quite helpful. one of the most enjoyable aspects of my stay was the mesmerizing beach view from the room. Being within close proximity of the beach and town centre created a true holiday vibe.

Unluckily, our room was missing daily necessities and perks that guests receiving if staying in a 4-star hotel. There was no shampoo, no restaurant menu and the minibar was empty.
